What is the point of using a lifting stand to set up an exhibition stand?

When participating in a professional event, setting up your exhibition stand is a moment as euphoric as it is stressful.

By adopting a modular aluminum structure, you will design an exceptional exhibition stand that easily integrates professional lighting and quality sound. This professional equipment is quick and easy to assemble when you have the right tools. One of the essential equipment for assembling your structural elements is undoubtedly a lifting foot suitable for maximum load weight of your metal structure.

What is a lifting foot?

Lifting feet are tools that allow heavy structures to be raised, positioned and lowered effortlessly. Depending on the model, they allow fast and secure assembly of structures weighing several hundred kilos at a height of 3 to 7 meters.

Thanks to their high load-bearing capacity, it is possible to assemble the upper frame of the structure on the ground, then raise it gently to put it in position.

When to use a lifting foot?

Elevating feet are useful at every stage of setting up your exhibition stand during an event. You will use them when assembling your aluminum structure, but also to position and secure your PA speakers and projectors, if you have not done so on the ground.

Why is a lifting foot essential for you?

The washing feet will allow your teams to save their energy and save time when assembling the various elements of your exhibition stand.

In particular, you will be able to fix the frame, lighting and sound ramps on the ground and at human height. The people in charge of assembly thus find themselves working on the floor of the cows in much more pleasant conditions than if they were perched high up.

With less pain and more time to set up, using an elevator foot allows you to spend more time on the little details that will make your booth a success. You will thus be able to fine-tune your architectural lighting in order to create warm interaction spaces and spectacular presentations of your products. You will be able to quickly test the proper functioning of your sound equipment and your projector ramps. Finally, you will be able to take care of the installation and the scenography of your products.

How do I choose the right lifting foot?

To choose the right elevator foot for you, you need to take into account 2 main criteria: the maximum load weight and the height.

In many ways, the load weight is the primary consideration. To determine the correct model for your needs, you must calculate the total weight of the load to be lifted. To do this, you will add the weight of the different elements to be lifted from your stand, such as the metal structure, projectors or sound system. Once this load is calculated, you will be able to determine the appropriate model. If you are using multiple elevator feet together, the maximum loads for each foot will add up. Also take this specificity into account when selecting models.

The maximum height of the different models varies between 2 meters and 6 meters. Make sure to choose one that is suitable for the characteristics of your booth.
